If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns of all tagged, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, visit our Returns Center at: http://fuzedwear.returnscenter.com and enter your order number and email address. The order number can be found in your order confirmation email or in the packing slip you received with your package. 

Once your return request is received you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. 

When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment and send you an email to let you know it has been processed. Depending on your credit card company it may take 5-10 additional business days for your refund to post to your account.

Can I exchange an item? 

While we do not currently offer exchanges, the quickest way to get the item(s) that best suits you is to initiate a new purchase. Then complete a hassle-free return of the item(s) you would like to return through our Returns Center .
